Can i use my android phone as a wifi adapter for my computer?

I just got a new computer and realized I didn't have a wifi adapter but I do have my phone which gets a pretty strong signal. How could I set that up as a wifi adapter? I have windows 8 and an lg lucid 2 as my phone

Something like reverse tethering? WiFi Router>phone>computer? That as undesirable as it is undoable. Since you have solid wifi, get a small USB adapter. They can be found for as low as US$15. One of your friends may even have one laying about. It really is the best way to go.

u could just google the problem before you post a thread in a forum. but after a minute of looking i found a way. plug your phone into ur computer, then on your phone go to settings and then press more... then hotspot and tethering and click usb tethering.
