Does the Gigabyte GTX 780GHZ blow air towards the case i mean HDD because I heard of the this issue in GTX 690 and I was going to get the 780ghz so if it does that does it affect the HDD that much and how to avoid that
the case is corsair 450D

Yeah it does, it intakes through the top but all the exhaust goes thru all the sides of the card.

Get a EVGA ACX counterpart of gigabytes if you don't want that issue.

If it uses the wind force cooler, then hot air will be placed into the case, but it shouldn't heat up a HDD.

You could get one with a reference cooler and the hot air goes out the back out the case, but they run hotter than something like the windforce cooler.

Just get the version in the link if it worries you (plus the one in the link wont overheat if that's what you are thinking), or get this http://store.nzxt.com/Kraken-G10-GPU-Bracket-Black-p/rl... (you can get this at other stores as well, this just show you the different colors available.

It allows you to mount an all in one cooler to a GPU and this will shoot the air out of the case and it will keep you GPU cooler than the gigabyte windforce cooler. I think you would like it a lot.
