So I got a 500gb External Hard drive for my PS3.
By default it was in NTFS format, so I converted it to FAT32 (as that is the only format my PS3 will read),

Now when I'm copying games onto the drive it suddenly shows "There is not enough space on the disk drive". The file I am copying is around 10gb and i got like 380gb of free space.

Please help.

PS: If I copy small files onto the same drive (Like ten 1gb files) then it doesn't show any error.

What does that mean?

I already copied like 73gb onto the drive without any problems. And each file was like 15-20gb each

Ok, so what you're saying is I can copy how much ever large a folder I want onto the drive as long as the single files insider them are not larger than 4gb?

If that is the case, then what do I do?
The PS3 will read only FAT32 format.

Any way around this?
Probably break the file size without actually ruining the file?(like using winrar to create small files, copying the small files and then extracting it)
