I just build this computer

When i press the button it starts, every fan starts running, except for the cpu fan that one just turns a little and stops, well the problem is that it starts then after 6 secs it turns off then it starts again by itslef and it starts just repeating that.
Ive tried unppluging parts and it keeps the same, i have no monitor plugged btw.
What can I do?
