XFX pro650W core edition is loud

So I finally got my gaming PC and I'm loving it, but my psu is really loud. (my gpu can't even come close to it under full load). I'm not sure if this is normal for this psu, but its very annoying. The air from the back is cold so it can't be overheating.

Do I need to RMA it or is this normal for a psu?

Its about 20 days old so its not that it just reached its end.

Its not constantly at max speed but it increases rapidly and after my game session it takes pretty long for it to turn down. Also after a while of having my pc in sleeping mode it runs quieter while browsing then normal.

Hmm, ask Sr-71 Blackbird about this. Private Message him. I am not sure if the xfx core PSU's naturally have louder fans than normal.
