I ran Prime95 on all modes, all of them had cores 6 or 8 failing and after being left on for a while, crashed the computer.

So I didn't overclock and I already RMA'd the cpu in hopes that it was just a manufacturing error.

Ran Memtest so I know the RAM is fine

So now I'm just wonder what should be my next step.

Specs:
-ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0
-AMD FX-9370 (stock clocks)
-16gb 1866 G.Skill RAM
-AMD Radeon R9 280 (Stock clocks)
-Corsair H105 Watercooler (4 fans mounted)
-EVGA 600B PSU

Solution
There are lots of other people out there with FX chips having trouble getting thru Prime95 and getting wonky results with it. Even HardOCP was having trouble with their new i7's on Prime95. I dont know what the deal with it is but I quit using it and now I use OCCT and Intel Burn Test. If I can get passed 4-5 hours of OCCT and then 20 runs of Intel Burn Test then Im confident Ive got a 24/7 stable overclock and to date and 2 chips now (8150 and 8350), thats proven to be true.
The motherboard has no XMP setting, however it does have D.O.C.P. (DRAM Overclocking Profile). I would try that setting. It will give you the correct memory settings. However D.O.C.P. may also change other settings.

You can also set the Ai Overclock Tuner to manual. Then set Memory Clock, first four DRAM Timings starting with Cas Latency according to the memory manufacturers specifications.
