Hello. You will need a new power supply and a graphics card. Don't buy a cheap psu. A bad voltage regulator will kill your whole pc.
Afterwards, you might want to upgrade your case, no? A cpu cooler upgrade.

If that isn't enough money than i can put more into it. Also I have heard you may not be able to put a graphics card into a PC that has an integrated one, is that true?

Nope, unless it is 8+ years old, (your's is not), dell is good at allowing these sort of things. Okay, for a 200$ budget, here you go, it will last you a good 2-3 years easily.

R9 270: (140$)http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
XFX 550 gold: (60$)http://www.amazon.com/XFX-ATX-550-Power-Supply/dp/B004R...

Believe me, don't go cheaper. I went for a 7770 2gb, and I am upgrading next summer. Only will last around a year if you don't buy something good. My gpu is not bad, but when I upgrade from 1050p to 1080p, my 7770 will struggle in my games. Buy it right or buy it twice. I have only been buying high quality parts ever since.

For about $200 you could get these
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB Dual-X Video Card ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $189.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I would say you'd get around medium setting. Intergrated GPU's won't affect putting in a distinct GPU.

Easily. You can play 40-50fps with an integrated gpu?!?!?!?! What resolution is your monitor? You will play high around 70ish fps easily.

My monitor resolution is 1920 x 1080, but to get 40-50 fps with my current set up, i have to play on lowest settings on the arma 2 mod. Also, would it be worth it to spend the extra money to get what you first recommended?

If you can afford it, get a R9 270 as a minimum. You won't be hitting 70fps easily on DayZ SA, more like 50. That being said, it will be a very good upgrade from integrated graphics.

Could you give me a link so i know I am looking at the right one.(when I searched, many things came up at all different prices.), Also would the 50 fps be on medium settings?

I'd say that is on high settings.

The sapphire i posted above is the best value. All the aftermarket 270's perform similar, I wouldn't get the MSI specifically as it is one of the most expensive 270's.

Yes I would think so. Might get a bit spotty in towns. DayZ can be pretty heavy on the CPU so might end up bottlenecked by your CPU rather than your GPU.

Do you think I would be able to run gta v on high with good fps when it is released for PC this fall?

I can't answer that with any real confidence, but I would hazard a guess at yes. A few sites have released predicted requirements, but they could be totally wrong. Until Rockstar release the recommended requirements, we're all in the dark.

I think so. GTA V will have mantle support meaning smoother fps on pc, and if Rockstar learned anything from gta 4 and their competitor (UBI-Soft's) mistakes from watchdogs, this will be a good port and it will run on high, no problem.

What about arma 3? i know you said that all 270s perform similar, but was watching a video about a Gigabyte R9 270 OC that can run arma 3 on pretty good settings while still having good fps.

Some just overclock slightly better than others. As long as they use the same graphics processor, the difference is neglible. Some are made for silence (vapor-x, xfx), and others are for maximum intense overclocking (toxic, windforce, etc..). When are you buying the gpu?

The differences are huge because bitcoin miners prefer some cards more than others. Really, because of how intense bitcoin has gotten, for 240$ you can easily pick up an r9 290. Probably shouldn't though, the lifespan is dramatically shorter than it is intended to because they have been running at 100% all the times

Nope, for that pricepoint there are much quieter, more reliable gpu's with better warranty's, overclocking potential, etc..

Your best off looking at the highest factory overclock because you won't be overclocking yourself, in which case the Asus will perform the best.

Forget ATI, dude. For a given amount of money, you get more from Nvidia. Their lying, unethical marketing people made me abandon them for a while, but their engineers made me come back. I have an (old) Geforce 470 that still takes anything I throw at it.

Fior $200 you can get an asskick Geforce card.

Absolutely not! If your motherboard has PCIe16x slot and most motherboards has you can install PCIe16x graphic card and integrated disable in BIOS.
