Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my post =)
I am trying to help my friend get his laptop internet working again and for some reason it shows its connected to the internet but will not browse or update anything via internet means. I have tried all I can and even googled my problem and can't seem to find an answer or fix the problem so I turn to the all knowing community of toms hardware for help!
He has a Samsung RV511 Laptop only had it like 3-4 years no such problems before just suddenly stopped working one day.I have done Virus scans and everything else like that reset the internet and all the basic stuff you might think of. I would say im fairly experienced but I don't know everything.
