Could I run a MSI r9 270x with my PSU?

I would like to buy this GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127761&cm_re=270x-_-14-127-761-_-Product

Just wondering if that is enough power. I could always go to a regular 270 if it's not enough power. If you can recommend another GPU for about the same price, $200 being the max, I am open to suggestions. Thanks in advance

The power supply is on Tier 4 of - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html - Not for overclocking systems or high end gaming rigs. I wouldn't use it.

You need at least 500W. Trya Seasonic 520, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M instead.

And the msi r9 270x gpu is good for gaming

I got a msi r9 270x and a xfx 550w psu. If you were to crossfire, you would be looking at atleast 650w depending on your other components.

I would also recommend upgrading to the XFX TS 550 P1-550G-TS3X http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HW979AQ. Excellent quality PSU with plenty of overclocking headroom.
