I have an Antec 620W power supply and the fan has been running really loud. It runs louder than any other fans in my system and i was wondering if there was anything that i could do about this to make it quieter.
Clean the dust under the case and clean any dust filters your case might have. Using a can of compressed air you can clean the dust from inside the psu. Also make sure you don't have textile material under your PC so that the PSU can draw fresh air from the under the case.
Your load on the psu shouldn't be causing the fan to spin too fast as its only using about half of the total wattage of the psu.
Also make sure you install the psu with the fan on the bottom not on the top.

Just as an add-on piece of advice: When you're blowing the dust out, to keep the dust from simply resettling or relocating to another part of your system it can help if you use the hose from a vacuum at the same time to catch the displaced dust.
