What wireless adapter should i get for gaming?

right now, i have this:

wireless adapter... it sucks. in bf4, i keep getting rubberbanded, horrible lag, slow fps, players teleport. almost unplayable.
i was thinking this:

because i have a dual band router, and nothing else in my house uses 5ghz. what would you guys recommend for a decent experience downloading 1080p vids, online gaming, that kind of thing?

I was in a very similar situation as you except with Rosewill products, and lemme tell ya, buying the internal over the USB made a big difference in latency. Might not be the same for you, but for me it worked out really well. I have the N900 PCIx 1 from Rosewill, I think I paid like 25$ for it, and so far, working much better than the adapter.

Also, went onto eBay and got some bigger antennas, no difference there, bigger antennas don't help.
