The AMD Radeon R9 290 or the nVidia GeForce GTX 770?

Easy just get one of each. The Radeon for Mantle, and Geforce for Physx.

Edit: might want to stay with integrated graphics with that PSU.

We also need monitor and resolution, I believe the r9 290 is faster but this all depends on what res you play at.

And that is the worst psu you can get, first off it can't support a r9 290, and 2nd it's a crappy psu. Get the HX 650W from Corsair.

The 290 has performance like a 780, so between the 290 or a 770, the 290 is the better, more powerful buy. The 770 has performance the same as a 280X.

Note: That is the reference card, with improved cooling and clock speeds most models will run even faster.
The 290 is a good 15% faster than the 770 on average. Its intent was more for contending the 780, not the 770.
If you have the money to spend get the 290 (A good aftermarket brand)

What you get depends on what fits in your case, what power supply you've got and what budget you have.

The Corsair CS are on Tier 3 of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html - not for serious overclcoking.

The R9 290 needs 650W. The gtx770 needs 600W. Get a Seasonic 620, XFX 650 or Antec HCG 620M then you might be OK.

The R9 290 is a better performer. The Gigabyte version costs less than a 4gb gtx770. But the 2gb gtx770 is cheaper again. For 1080p the 2gb gtx770 would be fine. - that's if they fit your case and you can afford them.
