reseat the memory, test with one memory module, reseat the video card, reseat the cpu, something isn't making proper contact.
and of course check the motherboard manual for troubleshooting.

Further digging around i found that your processor may not be supported by your motherboard, see your model number of the CPU and compare it to this list

http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Extreme4/index.asp?cat=CPU

Very well could be the problem.

Is this a newly built computer? Has it worked before thiS?

Also further inspection, bccode evidently refers to graphical settings, are you Graphic card drivers up to date? heres something i pulled from another thread

"Code 116 actually refers to the graphics settings in connection to the programs those which are using your graphics card. So not only an update can solve this problem but many times updates are made for the graphics card driver but still code 116 may remian.
So if this happens after an update then please check your graphics settings which you will find in : 1) Nvidia Configuration 2) ATI Catalyst Centre.
dont mess with the settings which will severe the problem. Make all graphics option to default and while playing games or watching HD allow the application to control and adjust the best performance settings for your system.
Also Processor, MOBO and Memory module affects much to this graphics code error. Blue screen do not only happens for graphics card or Windows but other hardwares may also have its hand on it.
If you feel nothing has changed after you have done all these then please contact a hardware specialist for resolving this issue. Because its after all your precious Computer which cost."

its possible you can try it, but in your case it probably isn't, record your gpu temps before it crashes. the bluescreen code indicates towards a GPU problem. More than likely the solution is to replace, try disconnecting your gpu from the system and run the computer for a bit and see if it still crashes if it does, then its your gpu and will have to replace it. DO THAT FIRST before you record temps.

Hopefully not indeed i have the same exact one for around a year now and no problems, the freeze ups could point to ram, but once again one step at a time.

Ok So I haven't taken the gpu out yet because the last time I booted it up I opened a game and it didnt freeze, I literally just got done playing mount and blade for like 5 hours no issues, the minute I close the game and go on the internet it crashed, rebooted then it froze. I'm going to bed I'll take the gpu out when I get up and see what happens.

Okay so it crashed even with the gpu out? try to test your ram, take one module out and leave one in, and run memtes by booting it up and hitting F8 before the splash screen shows, and you should have a option for memtest. and try that.
