Sorry if I don't quite do this right. I'm a bit stressed out at the moment, but I did read the rules. I also tried to look up to see if anyone else had my problem but most of the results did not have answers.

My laptop is having awful connection issues. I am unable to play WoW or even talk on Skype because it will disconnect every 1-3 minutes. Even when I am just using my internet browser I get disconnected. And if I do manage to STAY connected, it's horribly slow and laggy. I recently switched ISPs, but I was having mild connection issues before that - switching just seems to have made it worse. I also have to manually disconnect and reconnect each time to get it to work again.

We have 1-2 tablets, 2-3 phones, and 3 laptops connected to our internet at any given time. I'm not sure the limit use is relevant in my situation though, because no one else has had issues and even when we had all the devices connected in our household + my friend's laptop and phone, it still worked fine for everybody. Well, except for me.

I'm not getting any error messages, just the standard yellow triangle with the exclamation point.

Information~
-HP ENVY dv6 Notebook PC
-Product number: b6c70av----
-Microsoft Windows 8.1 version: 6.3.9600 Build 9600
-Comcast Cable
-I have an xfinity box that serves as the modem and router. The model number for that is:
TG862G/CT
-Couldn't find motherboard information.
-Honestly not sure which number on my power adapter is the model number, but it's made by HP and it's 120W.
-I had several adapters shown so uh... I just did the first one and screenshotted what seemed relevant. Sorry if I screwed up!

The only solutions I have tried is to reinstall my network drivers, at the suggestion of a friend, and cleaning out my registry... neither seemed to do anything.

Thanks for reading! I appreciate it.

Did you try to connect to the internet via ethernet cable ? Just to be sure that we got problem with WiFi and not with the system.
Also did you try to connect to WiFi somwhere else at colleague house, hotspot? Are the symptoms are the same ?

If you are looking to play games or Skype and are competing with 7 other wireless devices you cannot get a good speed out of that. All wireless devices tend to share the same channel and bandwidth.
If you were to connect an ethernet cable to the PC, it would then have it's own dedicated channel, and it's own bandwidth. You will find much more reliable connections if you go with a wired connection.

Okay, tried connecting via Ethernet cable and my internet seemed to be working okay. My browser (Firefox) was a little slow at times but WoW worked perfectly.

I haven't tried connecting at another wi-fi hotspot - I will try that tomorrow.
