When you say that you want to make the CPU voltage normal, what exactly are you trying to do? Have you manually adjusted the VCORE and want to put it back?
Unless you've been overclocking, the CPU voltage should be on auto and should remain that way. Like MostWantedSoulRider said, just reset the BIOS back to factory settings if you're unsure what to do.
