DELL Reinstallation DVD on DELL laptop

Hi all,

I bought a second hand laptop (Dell e6520) but seller didn't provide any Windows DVD with it. Now, I am searching for where I can get an installation DVD for Windows 7, I bump into this advertisement: link to ebay advertisement. Could anyone tell me if I can install a new Windows 7 with this DVD without any problem?

I'm not sure whether this DVD will work. It would be better to use an official OEM CD to install a clean copy of Windows 7. Although they are more expensive, they are guaranteed to work and have a valid license key.
