How do I disable a single GPU for an account?

Hi. I am going to purchase a second R9 270x and since the PC is a shared PC with my brother, I'm not going to be letting him use the extra power from the Crossfired card. Because of this, I want to know if there is a way that I can disable the graphics card for his account but not mine.

Failing that, is there a way to disable the graphics card for the whole PC?

Specs:

FX 8320
2x R9 270x w/ Crossfire
8GB DDR3
600w PSU
Windows 8.1

Why would you do that? is not like anything is gonna happen to the other card... that's just greedy. I would help you, but you seem like a terrible person.

Let's put it this way: I'm not going to let my annoying little brother use the graphics card that he refuses to help pay for. I offered to let him pay one 3rd but he refused, so I guess I'll enjoy my $300 graphics card alone.

What power supply do you have? Model and Brand? I would be more worried about your 600W then your brother. You need a quality 650W power supply for R9 270X crossfire pc build. Its recommended to get 750W power supply for crossfire.
