Best gpu upgrade I could manage with my tower?

I'm curious what the best card would be for my inspiron 660, without my having to upgrade my psu(300)?

My money is so incredibly tight right now, that trying to afford both a new gpu and psu would be sort of impossible. I don't have a budget atm, but I'm looking to keep it as cheap as possible. Things I'd like to do are play skyrim on medium, possibly high settings, and max out SWTOR.

Thanks~!

Here we go again - You are kicking the proverbial uphill. Dell (and HP) do not make pc's for upgrading.

The graphics card has to be able to fit in your case and have a power supply that can reliably power it.

With normal pc's we can see the graphics card length spec and the spec from the case as to how long card will fit in it.

Also with normal pc's we can see what make and model power supply is in it and so then find out whether it's reliable or not.
I haven't seen a Dell power supply that was. Also Dell quite often have an odd sized and shaped power supply so only theirs will fit in the case.
And sometimes they have odd connectors so you can't use a standard power supply.

Check all this out and then come back.

Head on over to a couple of the many reputable online psu calculators e.g. corsair, coolermaster, asus, msi.
Feed in your components then the highest gfx card you are able to select while keeping within your psu's max wattage.

Your existing psu quality will be an additional important factor, as well as the rail configuration and amperage supply.

Another, easier solution would be to google something like "inspiron 660 best gfx card" then check out the responses.
