regarding wifi conection

i have a broadband connection wired . do i need to have a wireless adapter/card or wireless router to get wifi for my tablet as i am using it for distance learning education . also what else do i need to do.

A wireless card , or a USB wireless adapter let your computer connect to a wireless router .

Usually they dont let you connect your computer to another computer or device like a tablet . The router handles that .

So you should buy a wireless router with sufficient ports to plug in your existing computers , and then connect the tablet wirelessly
