CPU temps fluctuating a lot

I have recently installed a cooler master hyper evo 212 on my fx 8350 and the temps are moving around alot. They aren't high but they fluctuate a lot. Is this a problem?

what temps are we talking about here?what are your idle and under load temps?if its as hot where you are as where i am you are going to see some difference.my opinion,as long as they arent high you should have no worries.

I'm getting between 20 to 36 degrees on idle and underload it (prime95) its around 46 to 50 but they keep changing around a lot but keep in those temps
