I have two main concerns with this build:

1. Are all the parts in this build compatible with each other?

2. Is there anyway to reduce the cost of this build without sacrificing the computing power/processing required to achieve 60fps?
(Assuming this build can achieve that)

Here is my build:

Well if you dont care about specific manufacturers components you can go with an FX-6300 and (760 or 270x). Get rid of the cooler that mobo wouldnt even handle OC any well. That CX series PSU is tier 3 and honestly trash.

What is your budget I can edit to make it better

Consider this:

More recent CPU for around the same price.

CPU cooler, had to drop this down a bit to stay close to budget (without MIR). The cooler is still good for its price and will allow you to overclock a bit and still keep temperatures acceptable.

Graphics card, as far as I'm aware, the r9 270 from sapphire is basically an r9 270x which is better than the gtx 660.

PSU, changed it to something of a higher quality and still have room to overclock.

I changed the optical drive too, whatever's cheapest will work just fine.

You don't need a Noctua cooler for an i5. Try a coolermaster hyper 212 evo instead ($35)

There's no such thing as a Z75 motherboard. It should be a Z77.

For $170, you can get a R9 270x

The Corsair CX power supplies are crappy, get a Seasonic 520, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M instead.

My budget is around $700, but anything lower will be great because I still need to purchase a monitor/keyboard/mouse.

Thanks for the comments/suggestions.

Alright, here's an updated list.

Any more suggestions?
Also, IF possible at all, is there anyway to make it a little cheaper while still holding the same performance?
And size monitor should I be looking to get/What resolution should I be able to run with this setup?
