Hi, I have a problem withy my flash drive(Hama Laeta Twin 32GB). It's not installing correctly, so when I try to use it(open, format, etc) it returns "Please insert a disk in Removable Disk(I: ). I tried changing the drive letter, but I get the same problem. I have uninstalled all the USB slots, rebooted the PC, yet nothing. It happened before, but it fixed somehow. Could anyone help me?
P.S. Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate

Sorry if it's in the wrong category, didn't know what to choose.

Yes, I can see it, but it looks like this:

Any other device using USB is working...

No, the problem appeared on a friend's PC. It worked 5 minutes before on mine. When I got home, it appeared on my PC too. Fixed it (somehow), formatted it, then everything worked fine. Yesterday I went to that friend to get some files and the problem popped up again. And again, when I got home, there's the problem on my PC too...

Before I'll return the product: i just read on its website, it said "Never use both connections simultaneously. "(remember, it has both USB and microUSB). I (obviously) tried that on the first day I bought it. What should I do?
