I will get a Cooler master Glacial 240l , and ill add to it like 6 cooling fans in total, will it get cooler, the fans im going to get are Cooler master sickleflow 120mm , a guy told me to not buy any fans fans for cooling cpu cuz the temperature wont get lower. Any idea?

If the radiator is a low count FPI, (Fins Per Inch), then adding fans is not going to make a difference, as the radiators designed for low CFM cooling fans, so increasing the air flow matters not.

A high count FPI radiator can benefit from higher airflow and some of those even require a constant high static pressure, unfortunately they require higher speed cooling fans and yield more noise, but a they do benefit from more fans.

You need to investigate your...
Not really lower. Maybe a few degrees. The limiting factor in the "all in one" cooling systems is the pump speed, and lack of a reservoir over a full out water cooling loop. Most of the all-in-one cooling systems perform within the same few degrees of each other, especially if things like the fans are equal. They do a decent job, and keep the heatsink out of the way and gives that cool water cooling look to it, but in reality, they don't cool much better, if any, than a good heatsink/fan combo. They just look cooler, and are all the rage right now, but they all suffer from having a small pump in the waterblock.

FYI, I have a Seidon 240 all-in-one watercooler, so I'm not trying to really trash them, but wish I researched more first and didn't fall victim to the OMG, it's water cooling, I'm "leet" marketing and spent the extra $100 on my video card instead.

You need to investigate your Cooler Master Glacial 240 Radiator and discover what type radiator it actually comes with as I did some investigating before posting this but could not find specific FPI count?

I would guess it is a Low FPI maybe an 8, as Cooler Master likes to stay on the quieter side of things, which would mean additional fans would bring no joy, as does most of the rest of the coolers from Cooler Master whether air or water.
