I can pick up an FX 9590 cheap my motherboard is compatible. But I dont think my PSU has enough juice to pull it off. I have a cosair cx750m. With a 220 watt processor and crossfire 7950 with an estimated max wattage of 450 full draw. I'm already at 670 watts. Then have a 30 watt fan controller and 2 hardrives and ssd, cd drive and H80i. This is a bummer had an 850 psu in my hand and bought the cosair because of the name. Lol Even if I can pull it off how bad is it to run a psu at its max and over?

I'm going to stick with my fx 8350. It's not overclocking well but my psu cx750m is crap like you said. Yesterday it blew my circuit breaker playing bf4 and my building is 3 years old. It must have been pulling way to much from the wall to do that its 80 bronze or so they say. I think most of my problems obtaining a stable overclock is because cosair sold me garbage. I could have got a 9590 but is wasn't going to be an easy drop in. I'm just going to use my funds on another ssd to replace my aging wd raptor drive. Thanks for the help.
