Hey everyone,

I've been doing some research on the parts that I've been recommended (for a recording/editing/gaming build) and have since realised that the motherboard I've chosen has too many USB2.0 headers and 1 few USB3.0 headers for my case (not ports).

The case I would like to use does not have Front I/O for USB2.0, but instead has 2 USB3.0 ports.

The motherboard I had chosen was the AsRock B85M-Pro4.

The case I've chosen was the Corsair Carbide Spec-02.

Is there another motherboard which does provide 2 USB3.0 headers with a minimum amount of USB2.0, all the while being a cheaper mobo and having the same performance?

I live in Australia, so parts available elsewhere may be more pricey or entirely unavailable elsewhere.

Thanks,
RaspyScout.

n new mb the one usb 3.0 port is made for two front case headers on one connector. if you look online any case with usb 3.0 use that connector for the two front case usb 3.0 ports.

I've used a Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT motherboard for Windows 7 video editing. Never get used motherboards and NEVER, EVER, EVER! have Laptops For Less put ANY motherboard in your computer. I had a Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT fry less than a year in.
