1.) ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX650 Synergy Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 Graphics Card
2.) ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti 1GB 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
3.) ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti AMP! Edition 2GB 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
4.) ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 2GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
5.) ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 660 Synergy Edition 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
6.)Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

My Motherboard is :- MSI Z87-g43
Processor :- Intel Core i5 4670k

I am not a gamer.
But want a GPU which is compatible with the other hardware and specially it has to be silent. If it consumes less power and also dissipates less heat that's a plus.

The GTX 750 Ti is powerful for it's price, doesn't need a power cable, and has a really low TDP.

If you are able to buy only from the list you made, then I would pick any of those GTX660.

Zotacs tend to be in the top tiers as far as performance goes, but the trade off there is they tend to be quite lou. For the quietest operation, I would say the sapphire is the best, even though it has only 1Gb of ram and is a much older design. For the quietest cards, look to Asus.

Can you please list some options of ASUS GPUs ? Budget [Rs.10,000 / $170]

For a $170 budget, ASUS's R7 265 is the best for you. It is very quiet, and much faster than the GTX 750 Ti. However, it generates more heat and has higher TDP.

Deciding to go to GTX 750 Ti as of Maxwell architecture, 64 Watts (Approx). But which one to go with - Zotac, Asus, MSI, Sapphire, Galaxy.
