Hi there,
first, thanks for support on my last issue,
here is a very annoying problem that appeared the last few days, here is the history in chronogical way,

- lets have some gaming session of the pc
- redeem Watching dog voucher, install etc
- launch WD, it crashes, as expected according to vast majority on people on the web with the 337.88 driver from nvidia
- so lets get back to starcraft II which works fine since a week when I installed it
- during campaign, blue clusters on the screen here and there, pc freezes,
- I reboot the pc
- I Relaunch SCII, I've got same issue with the blue stuff but even quicker in the game main menu now... so here we go I reboot,
- Now clusters even on start, 640*480 on windows :??:, euh..ok, Code 43 on the GTX :??:
- Taking out the driver, cleaning of all nvidia tracks, re-install the driver woth the GPU cd, and another reboot, because you know, rebooting is awesome,
- Windows screen correct, "your peripheric is ready, please reboot", well why not one more...
- After the Mobo screen, the computer reboots and here goes again the ugly blue stains, the 640*480 and my friend code43
- I curse in french, even change PCie slot, the power cable to GPU, same issue..
- I get back in the past 1 week ago with the windows backup,
- New cycle of the pc stopping at the mobo screen and then reboots...
- And then with no reason it is ok, no more code 43, correct resolution on the screen, but now I guess I got a computer to only use for maybe vlc & internet -_-

Few facts to know before solving the mystery :
GPU is 2 months old, right now I dont want to go back to nvidia 337.88 and keep the cd version one, all Windows 7 updates mandatory, or not, are installed, my screen is very old (dvi to vga to screen currently set) and even windows asked me to update the screen driver (i am discovering that...) but the install failed (thats the mystery for episode 2)

So now few questions :
- Is it me or Starcraft II has to do something in the mix ? I am quite afraid to relaunch the game & pass through a night of a dozen reboots
- Few suspicious crashes on Titan quest in the last month can be linked ?
- Why did code43 disappeared now ? I though PCs wre like 0 or 1, or GPU is fried or it's not, but not something time to time..
- Since when do you upgrade a screen driver ? (anyway windows update fails to install it all the time)

A pint where you want in Bristol for the successful inspector !

Thanks for the help in advance
Cheers
Tony

A sad update,
Coming back from work I started the pc, running ok for 10 minutes on the desktop, surfing the web, left my desk for 2 min, come back the pc has rebooted...
same artifacts on the mobo logo...
I now cannot start correctly my pc without having the graphic card under code 43...

Still keeping hope someone got an idea to help me...
before burning the pc I'll bring it to a specialist, I am not a few quids close now after having built a 2 months old pc which doesn't work :'(

A detail now comes to me that is maybe not related but every boot I made since I built it, there was always a "no signal" moment of 2 or 3 seconds between the mobo logo and the login of windows.. anyway.. now it's the least of my pb

Still nobody got any idea or suggestions ? :(:(

I made a try yesterday to turn the computer on with the integrated gpu of the mobo,
the pc made a weird start of 1s then flashed orange/green at the back of the case at the psu led, then starts correctly (??)
I could access the desktop without graphic issue other than its just an integrated chipset and seems to not able a lot of programs
I reinstalled the GTX, I could access also desktop without issue, I put the motherboard record of temp and voltage and left the pc during 3 hours on movies, just to see how he was doing,
never anything upper 40C ! And again without any explanation, when I was closing vlc to got to bed, black screen then "no signal"
I am lost now, was convinced it is the GTX but I am not sure as I could start the pc... What if it is my PSU which is struggling ? If I exchange or buy a new gpu it might get the same issue again ?

Please few help is really welcome
Thanks
Tony
