If I overclock the Intel Core i5 4690K processor as high as the Asus Z97-A motherboard and the Corsair HX750 power supply can handle, how much FPS will it give me over the Intel Core i5 4590 processor in Battlefield 4?

*I am using the Asus Radeon R9 280X graphics card, the G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB memory, and might use the Noctua NH-D14 cooler.

Not enough to justify the cost, IMO.

Battlefield 4 relies heavily on the CPU (Unlike Crysis 3 or other comparable games, which rely mostly on the GPU). Having said that, I've overclocked my 4690K to 4.6Ghz at load TOP temps of 75 celsius. I have an R9 280x video card at 3GB 384 bit and have absolutely no problems playing BF4 at its highest settings.
