Overclocking FX6300 or Stock FX8320

Hello,

I would like to upgrade my CPU (AM3) but i'm kinda struggling in finding my best option.

My current build :

M5A78L-M/USB3
Phenom II X4 945 (95W)
Hyper TX3 EVO (CPU Cooler)
650W Berlin Thermaltake PSU
GV-N760OC-2GD
8GB 1666Mhz Ram
Corsair 300R W/ 5 case fans

Which one would you take the FX 6300 or the FX8320

P.S. I kinda wanna try OCing, Since I have good cooling already, Think the only problem is my Mobo then.

i also have same mobo and fx 8320 i wud advice if u can then apply heatsink on vrm and then and then only try overclocking on fx 8320.even without oc it give nice performance and its worth every single penny and u would also get future proofing FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME (most games are now trying to use 4 to 6 cores and 8 cores wud be just fine)
