Will the i5 4690k and the GA-Z97-D3H work well together for gaming on ultra settings with a gtx 770 + 8gb ram?

What is your budget, and what all do you need parts wise. If you go with a non overclocking setup, we can probably squeeze in a better GPU, which matters far more.

well atm all i have is an i3 540 and gtx 770 and 8gb of ram, all i want is a new mobo and cpu so i thought the ones i stated above would be fine, my budget for a cpu and mobo cant me anymore 380$ and thats what i can get the above cpu and mobo for.
