GT 430 fan is not spinning !

Hi guys, I have a zotac geforce gt 430 synergy edition gpu , I've used this gpu for 2 years and now it's fan is not working , it's not spinning at all ! What can I do ? I tried to open my fan but the 3 screws of the fan is so small ! You could probably swap fans, you'll need to remove the current one first to see exactly how it's mounted and measure it so you can compare it to a possible replacement.
Either Ebay or Craiglist are your hunting grounds, although if you live in the USA, Newegg carry some replacements as well, sorry, I can't link to them, every time I try to get onto the US site I get redirected to the UK one (I'm in the UK).
That said the easiest solution looks to be the old 'cable tie a case fan onto it' trick.
