Good notebook under 20000 Indian Rupees

I want a new notebook under 20000 INR. It should be lightweight and have good quality to last at least 4-5 years. Suggestions please. Thank you.

I forgot to add, i want it mainly for typing purposes(typing on the go) but it should be fast enough for its price.

OS is not a problem, even if it doesn't come with a pre-installed OS.

If OS is not an issue, the second laptop I reommended would be a lot better, although you might have to add more RAM in a few years.
