Side Panel of the casing pressing against CPU Heatsink

Okay,

I have a NZXT H230 Casing and and Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler.
I've got it b/c it had only 1mm overage in heat sink height. But I kinda have to squeeze the side panel in to close it. Do you guys think this would be a problem in the long run?

Doesn't that case have a layer of silencing foam on the side panel? If so, you can locate the indentations the ends of the pipes make in it and carve out divots for them to relieve the pressure. It's probably not a big issue, but I would worry about the pressure on the motherboard.
