Solution

He's right. That CPU and GPU are not meant for gaming at all. Check out this build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QdHst6
The processor in that build is overclockable. I've seen it come close to the i7 -4790k when overclocked.

Well, whats your budget? those specs wont get you very good fps with the games you've listed, that cpu wont take you very with GTA V because like it's predecessor gta IV its going to be very cpu intensive. So for the games you've listed you'll be looking at around 30-40 fps on low to medium.

Do you have a Intel or AMD motherboard? My Twin brother has an FX 6300 3.5Ghz and a EVGA Gtx 750 TI 2gb SC and it performs reallyyyy good so at 1080p or 720p everything is up to go..

Well Hello this is my first comment ;)
I recommend you upgrade your CPU sir
your RAM is good enough for watch dogs and
as for the Watch dogs it requires a CPU like Core i7 3770 3.5Ghz or AMD FX-8350 4.0Ghz
Lets not over estimate GTA V but I think you might run it on medium or low as its system Requirements are not released yet
Overall I think your PCs weak spot is its CPU ONLY
thanks and sorry for my bad english
