what are the best desktop computers for watching a lot of videos & movies?

Better still get yourself an iPad or some other cheaper tablet - no need for a PC if you just wanna watch vids

Probably costs more than a cheap PC.

But yea, that with a stand. But then the screen is small. So back to a PC.

I'd stick a ROKU 3 behind a HDMI screen of my preference. That costs $100. plus the cost os whatever screen/monitor you add.
