Need help deciding which computer to get!

So I am buying a new computer and for the 4th time have narrowed down the builds.

NOTE: I AM GOING TO BE GAMING ON THESE AND THE GAME I BASED THESE BUILDS ON WERE DAYZ STANDALONE AND BATTLEFIELD 4
NOTE #2: IM NOT GOING TO BE OVERCLOCKING SO I DONT WANT PEOPLE GOING OFF THAT I NEED A HYPER 212 EVO. PLEASE JUST HELP DECIDE AND OR DO A PC PARTPICKER THAT IS BETTER THAN THIS WITH A BUDGET OF $570 WITH ALL PARTS FROM NEWEGG
Both are AMD and all parts from NewEgg

But the two builds are

I'm not seeing the 7870 for $129... the link takes you to a out of stock newegg page with no price at all. And a link to one in stock for about $220.

The first build is better since it comes with a monitor, mouse and keyboard.

That only works out that way because the video card is listed at such a low price... but he can't actually get it for that price... its $90-$110 more.

Both have TRASH PSUs. Replace with an Antec, XFX, Seasonic.

Both have junk motherboards. You really need a 970 chipset.

Both have a poor quality CPU cooler that isn't even better than the one that comes with the CPU.

I recommend neither. I can build you something if you like.

Am I missing something, or is the only difference in these two the graphics card? I would recommend the Asus 760, but I'm biased

Also, I don't see any RAM.

I changed the MOBO to the ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard and the PSU to the SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

No RAM or HDD as none of your builds had these.

-WAY better motherboard
-PSU that is not a time-bomb
-Monitor that is 1080p (anything less and building a gaming computer is pointless)
-better quality case

would be good... but once again that GPU is not in stock and i really doubt it will be back in stock and if it is it won't be for that price... all other sellers are selling it for $200+.

What TV is it? Many TVs have latency issues making hem VERY poor monitors.

Try to get an r9 270 for the GPU. the best you will do for the money.

Its an 60Hz Emerson 32' 1080p tv.

That should be ok. It is only 720p so even a lesser GPU will still run games very well at good settings.
