r9 270x top vs non top

and another think actually my cpu is i5 4690 and r9 270x and 8 gb ram too close to your system could you please do me a fever and tell me that can you run watch dogs maxed out at 1440x900 res ? tnx 
Unfortunately, I didn't get watchdogs. However, i tell you that i got above 60fps on BF4 on preset High settings. Bioshock Infinite Max settings above 60fps. Metro Last Light Ultra settings with tesselation off ranges 30-60 fps depending on where i was in the game.
This was at 1080p.

Judging from this website, 30fps. This was tested from Day 1 so it doens't include any patches.
