Hi I have an gtx650 and when I use it it shows red tint in the screen. I can still see the Windows screen. Just red tint over everything. Incompatible monitor? I'm using a 17 inch and using the dvi converter that comes with the graphocs card. This is brand new ouT the box. Motherboard is msi b75mae33

Did you connect the Power cables to the GPU? I mean it won't boot up without it but who knows. :p 
Now Which PSU are you using? How much is it old?
From this info I think the GPU is broken.
BUT try hooking the computer to a Another monitor just to be sure.

I tried two different monitor and a flat screen.two brand new power supply and two other motherboard. This graphics card is crap out of the box.This is holding me back. Had to have this together for a friend.

Could you give me full specs of your computer?

EDIT:You need to have atleast 400W PSU to run this GPU but I recommend 500w just to be ok. :p
