I own a Dell Optiplex 745 MT with Core 2 duo E6600 CPU at 2.4ghz. I want to upgrade my graphics card so I can play games like Battlefield 3 and Far Cry 3. I have my eyes set on a Radeon HD 7750 1gb DDR5 because it can physically fit into the case but the problem is that my PSU supplies only 305 watts and the PCI express slot only provides 75 w. Can I still use this card without upgrading my PSU?

If that is the minitower (MT), then you can use the HD 7750 with that PSU. Better yet, the GTX 750 Ti versions that do not require a PCIe 6 pin connector. 7750 requires 350watts psu minimum

a 7750 would be about the most you would want to put with a cpu that slow. The cpu will be a bottleneck.
