So i could either get a

Tacens Valeo V 900W 80 Plus Silver Modular (made in Spain which is where i live, and isn't well known)

Or, the Corsair RM850 850W 80 Plus Gold Modular

Solution

It really depends on your needs. Are there any other PSU models you can buy? Do you need 800w+?
I'd say if you need 800+ is because you are doing a SLI/Xfire setup and in that case you'd want to have a reliable PSU.

Admirable
I've tried to find some thorough reviews of the Tacens unit, it's European only so there aren't as many people reviewing stuff that only works over here. It looks OK-ish from what I can tell, the capacitors are tier 2 Teapo's and the voltages and efficiencies look OK but I can't find any information on ripple and over-shoot and these are the things that can damage components over time. Given the choice I'd err on the side of caution and get the Corsair (though the RM units aren't their best either).

There's a review of the Tacens here http://elchapuzasinformatico.com/2013/10/review-tacens-valeo-v/4/ sorry my Spanish isn't up to much!

For SLI of 2 GTX 780 I´d go for the RM850 as it is gold certified and from a good brand or even with the EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 as it leaves more room for improvements, but 850 watts should be good enough for your needs. You should never skimp on the PSU, less when going to use one for demanding tasks as SLI or overlclocking.

The Corsair and the EVGA are the best ones within the power and price. What is your budget?
