LED Car fan blinking

I just received my LED Case fan from China via eBay. It has 4 small little led lights for the fan and it is blue. Two of the small LEDs blink and flicker as if it were a HDD light. The other two are solid. I hooked up the case fan to the PSU via a 4pin molex connector. Is the problem my PSU or the case fan since it is from China?

Most likley the fan, but considering you are buying cheap led fans from ebay I have to assume that your PSU is probably of equal quailty and cannot provide proper voltage.

Antec is a decent brand.

Are you using any sort of fan speed control? The leds might require full voltage to work properly so the last 2 on the line flicker. Either way quaility fans will fix the issue.

Nope no fan speed controller. I have 3 other fans though but they are non LED daisy chained and hooked to the mobo. So you're telling me it's a fan issue?

You can test voltage from board or molex connecter to make sure, but seems like its just a cheap fan.
