Get a Athlon X4 740, is much more cheap than the APU , and runs at 65 TDP. With the difference and a bit more, you can get a dedicated GPU.

The case has a USB 3.0 port. The MB does not have a 3.0 header. At your budget, having operable 3.0 is a luxury. Most usb plugins dont even take advantage of the additional speed of 3.0. The system as a whole has 5 2.0 ports. More than enough.

Even the cheapest parts on this site to play and record at 60fps will be over your budget.

I love AMD but a working system from that site will be over his budget. Not saying the processor would not perform.

Don't worry, Gorgonzer, i wasn't referring to you.

OP: What is the problem with the building I gave to you a few posts before? Is the best you will get with that small budget and will still be capable of some recording.

Ehmm if you are not going to overclock, the stock cooler is more than enough.
