I don't know why is my pc slowing down it was running great until one day it begun to freeze while playing games and slows down while surfing the internet or watching videos

My spec :

Windows 7 64x ultimate
Processor : i5-2400 3.10GHz (bought it 3 years ago)
Graphic card : HD 7850 1 GB ( bought it 6 months ago )
Ram : 4 Gb ( bought it 3 years ago )
PSU : Seasonic 650w ( bought it 6 months ago with the graphic card )

I cleaned The pc case so there is no dust
reinstalled the windows twice and scanned the pc for viruses and found nothing

So is it a heat issue or the ram / PSU problem ?

Solution
Check task manager to see if anything is taking a surprising amount of your cpu or ram. re-check all your specs and speeds to make sure they are all correct. Check your drivers and you can check your heat with many different programs. I personally use this one: https://www.piriform.com/speccy .P Normal CPU heat is anything below 70, and good GPU heat is probably anything below 90. These are generally good steps to take if your PC is slowing down but I don't have enough information to specify exactly what is wrong with it. Also seasonic PSU's are normally pretty dependable so I doubt that is the problem although it could be.
