Hi- and my budget is around $1200 and the case im getting for all of this is the Thermaltake Overseer Full Tower Gaming Case - Black. So i have to see if it all fits too.

Try these: GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD3H LGA 1150 Intel Z97 ATX Motherboard
ASRocK Z97 Extreme4 LGA 1150 ATX Intel Motherboard
These are available on ebay.com

Ah - I meant budget for the motherboard, but you can figure that after you allow for the rest of the stuff.
Also, remember that the PSU you select needs to be Haswell compatible as the 4690k is an Haswell CPU.

Hi - you can get excellent motherboards for less than $200, Most anything above $130 is going to have
everything you need unless you are looking for esoteric features.

If the PSU is Haswell compatible it will specify it in the features/specs or say Intel 4th generation, etc.

You can also post what PSU you are considering here or check the mfg's site.

I recommend you do not use ebay to purch new computer parts. Use
partpicker (www.pcpartpicker.com) to group your selections, then select from there.
