So I'm looking at a white NZXT Source 210 to go along with my new white desk. The problem is, how can I completely fill every fan slot and have a decent heatsink with only 75 bucks as the budget? I also am looking for decent airflow, as in, I can feel the air coming even through the back of the case for the best cooling on a R7 260X...

Components I'm looking at for cooling:

Cooler Master Hyper T4 - 25 bucks
2x Cougar Turbine CF-T12S4 120mm Case Fan - 50 Bucks

The cougar fans include 4 fans so a total of 8 fans and a hyper t4. I would be replacing the fans on the t4 with 2 of the 8 fans from cougar. then the rest (6) would go into the 120mm fan mount spots on the case. Does this sound like a good plan or should I go for

5x Sickleflow (40)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus (30)

With this plan I would not fill every fan hole on the source 210, but I would be able to fill the fron 2x 120mm as well as the back 120mm exhaust and replace the hyper 212+ fans with 2x sickleflows.

I have had good experiences with sickleflows as they push good air at decent pressure. I do know that I cannot have sickleflows mounted horizontally as the sleeve bearing sounds horrible like that. I also want to know if anyone has built with a nzxt source 210 and can you tell me do the mesh on the case restrict airflow? Thanks everyone.

I was looking at a Athlon 760K OC to 4.2, 8gb ddr3 1600, NZXT Source 210 Elite White, Gigabyte A88X Mobo, 1tb wd blue, Gigabyte Radeon R7 260X Windforce and a Antec VP-450. Thanks everyone!
