I recently bought fallout 3 on steam and installed mods. I encountered a texture glitch in which changes modded outfits and guns to the color of what I am looking at. I tried setting the invalidation in the INI file to 1 but my game crashes. Please help!

It's a glitch in the mod, not the game itself. Have you tried removing the mod and playing the game, or does the game no longer work?

Glitches and issues can happen to all mods, though I really don't know what to think about this one. My initial thought was that it was conflict between mods, but that obviously is not the answer.
