Pin has broken off in the From Computer port.

Tiny drill bit, larger sewing needle and maybe little superglue on it to get it to stick to the pin (be very careful if you try that).
Sometime you need to open the unit up and see if you can push it out from the inside just be warned that sometimes the jack is a sealed unit.
