Hey im looking to build a PC for my wife for work, PC just needs to be fast and be able to use 2 monitors. She would prefer just a simple quiet case, no LED Fans. I dont need an OS. I Made a simple build, just looking for your input.

I'd go for this, assuming she won't be doing anything too demanding. The SSD is by no means necessary, but will improve the overall responsiveness of the system greatly. Again, it really depends what she's doing. If she thinks she needs the extra storage, she can go with a regular 1 TB HDD and it'll be fine.

The 4130 is stronger than the APU, and I doubt she needs the stronger integrated graphics.

The i3 is much faster than all AMD APUs, but the APUs have better integrated graphics. If your wife only works with Microsoft Office, then the i3 will be fine. The integrated graphics in the i3 will be more than enough for playing HD videos.
