I have been noticing this problem for about a week, but it is more prominent in certain games than others.
It isn't really a stutter, but the games seem to slow to .7 speed for a second.
It is really prominent in Arma3 and does it right away, but in other games it takes a bit, but then it is really noticeable.
Any ideas on what this might be?

CPU: i5 3570k non overlocked
GPU: EVGA GTX 660 FTW 2gb
Ram: 8 gb ddr3 2 sticks
Hard Drive: WD 500gb black
Power Supply: Corsair TX650
