PC Crash 15 sec ingame HELP!

Hey, i have a problem that started to appear yesterday. When ever i try to play a game, i get past the menu, 15 seconds in-game my pc crashes.
When it crashes, it gives a black screen with stuttering sound, and i have to reboot the PC to fix the problem.
My PC specs:
Windows Home Premium - 64bit
RAM - Corsair Dominator DHX DDR3 1600MHz
16gb PSU - Corsair RM1000, 1000W PSU
GPU - Gigabyte R9 280X OC 3GB (With NZXT Kraken G10 and Corsair H75 Liquid Cooling)
CPU - INTEL CORE I7 4770K 3.5GHZ 8MB
S-1150 Motherboard - ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 1 Z97 S-1150 ATX HRF
SSD - Samsung SSD 840 PROSeries 512GB 2.5" OEM
Hope you have a solution, because this is driving me crazy :(

Okay, i booted TF2 and played around 8 minutes when it happend again.

Temperatures seems fine, 58 on CPU and 60 on GPU while playing TF2 and War Thunder for the minutes it works until crash.

Update - Tried to run Furmark, computer crashed immedietly.
UPDATE 2 - Have now been running Prime95 for 15 minutes, and temperature is stable around 55C.
